Two AMD Opteron Model 250 (2.4 GHz/1 MB) processors and 800 MHz HyperTransport Technology are supported by the server DL145 G1. With the U320 SCSI Host Bus Adapter and U320 SCSI Cable, support for two non-hot-plug *SCSI drives is possible.
The single PCI-X expansion slot will be forfeited by customers that deploy SCSI models or options by filling the slot with a SCSI HBA. All ATA models include the SCSI option, although only the DL145 model with the AMD Opteron Model 250 (2.4GHz/1MB) processor has the SCSI BTO option.

• Advanced ECC capabilities are standard on 1GB or 2GB of PC2700 DDR SDRAM running at 333MHz, and the memory is extendable to 16GB.
• Integrated Dual 10/100/1000 NICs from Broadcom (Wake on LAN and PXE capable)
• Depending on the model, a single 40GB ATA or 36.4GB 15K SCSI hard drive is the standard, with compatibility for up to two additional non-hot-plug 40GB ATA or *SCSI hard drives.

• One-year limited warranty, entirely supported by HP Services and a global network of resellers and service providers, is protected by HP Services. Additionally, 90-day getting started software telephone help could be included in the warranty or chargeable extra. Through HP Care Pack services, warranty services can be improved. There are some limitations and exclusions.
