The entry class is redefined by the highly expandable workload consolidation and virtualization platform known as the HP Integrity rx6600 Server. These demanding tasks can now be handled by this next-generation HP Integrity server without the need for larger, more expensive systems. A Symmetrical Multi-Processing (SMP) server, the HP Integrity rx6600 can accommodate up to four powerful 64-bit Dual-Core Intel Itanium processors. Hyper threading is supported by the dual-core Itanium CPU from Intel. The processor's cores can accommodate two threads per core.
