The HPE Integrity BL870c i6 Server Blade is a four-socket, full-height blade with the newest Intel Itanium 9700 series processor and up to 768 GB of memory (48 DIMM slots). It also comes with eight HPE FlexFabric Converged Network Adapter (CNA) ports as standard. Additionally, the HPE BL870c i6 Server Blade has HPE Blade Link technology, which combines several blades to produce 2, 4, and 8 socket systems, enhancing scalability and versatility. Within the same HPE BladeSystem c-Class Enclosure, the HPE BL870c i6 Server Blade and HPE ProLiant server blades can coexist. + Obtain Improved Platform Value with New HP-UX and HPE Storage Innovations. With support for the new i6 servers through at least 2025, the HPE Integrity BL870c i6 Server Blade enhances mission-critical computing of the HPE Integrity and HP-UX platform. Upgrading to the most recent HPE XP7 and HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000 and 20000 series All Flash arrays will save IT TCO expenses while increasing the performance of IO workloads. Investment protection with the ability for up to two Itanium generations (i2, i4, or i6) to live in the same enclosure. The HPE Integrity BL870c i6 Server Blade is available with two or four 4-core and 8-core Intel Itanium 9700 Series processors for the most demanding mission-critical workload requirements. These processors offer up to 32 cores of computational power. With a read-only 512 MB cache, the high-performance HPE Smart Array Controller for hardware RAID 0 and 1 speed up rebuild times. The HPE Integrity BL870c i6 Server Blade has HPE Blade Link technology, allowing linear scaling from 2 to 4 socket server blades to meet your evolving business demands. Rapid deployment, greater resource utilisation, flexibility (shared processor and I/O devices), and HPE Integrity Virtual Machines are all featured with the Matrix OE.
