Hitachi Advanced Server DS220 combines a balance of computing and storage capacity with the flexibility to support a wide range of solutions and applications. It is optimised for excellent performance and capacity.
Hitachi DS220 offers three storage configurations to give end users flexibility. In the first configuration, up to 24 2.5-inch, NVMe drives are supported. The second configuration supports up to 24 2.5-inch serial-attached SCSI (SAS), or serial-ATA (SATA) drives. The third configuration supports up to 12 3.5-inch SAS or SATA drives. Hot-pluggable, front-accessible drives and two additional 2.5-inch rear-mounted drives are supported in all configurations.
