thomastech is the largest buyer of excess and retired HPE 3PAR Storage, and is among the largest purchasers of Hitachi Storage in the world. Because of the high volume of hardware we receive, maintaining a streamlined process is vital to our business.
Once received and audited, each individual item is tested for functionality. It then gets catalogued and inventoried in our own 36,000 sq ft Distribution Center.
We strive for >99% inventory accuracy with all parts available for same day, rapid deployment. Our real-time inventory is prompted on industry-leading broker sites to maximize marketability.
Your time is important to us, and we do all we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Most sales orders and all service orders are processed and shipped the same day.
For all the quality and expertise we put into all of our Enterprise hardware, if a product is damaged in shipping it was all in vain. To mitigate this risk, thomastech uses custom packaging for every shipment that leaves our dock. Be it single drives, 30 drivers, a FICON board, or a five frame array, our packaging and commitment to detail ensure the product arrives safely to its destination.
