Update: Monday 03/23/2020

We have been closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation adhering to the guidelines from public health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Health.

We have decided that for the wellbeing of our customers, vendors, and partners, as well as the many essential businesses that we service and as an Essential Technology Services business, we feel obligated to continue operating.

The safety and security of our customers, our employees and our community remain our top priority.

  • Our office in Medina is not open to the public, only essential staff. 
  • All services will continue via remote tele-conference.
  • We will continue to practice social distancing in the warehouse and lab space as well as provide extraordinary cleaning measures daily and nightly. 
  • All our Field & Parts Engineers will maintain the most current sanitation best practices.

There could be impacts to Field Engineering Services and Parts Distribution due to local government guidelines and safety protocol, we will keep you updated as the situation develops per your location. 

We are continuing All SHIPPING services UPS, FEDEX, DHL, & FREIGHT.  

Shipping services will continue and additional sanitation precautions are being taken at our warehouse.

This situation has created a significant shift in how we all operate as businesses. Due to that shift there is increased pressure on the infrastructure of networking, server processing and storage capacity. We are ready to meet these demands and maintain the health and safety of our business, your business and our community.
